Schlieren ZH – In a new report on sustainable business, the American consulting firm Gartner has named Zühlke, a company based in Schlieren, Switzerland, as a Sustainable Business Partner. Gartner also calls for co-innovation in business.

According to a media release, the Schlierem-based innovation service provider Zühlke has been named as a partner for Sustainable Business by the globally active American consulting firm Gartner. Gartner, based in Stamford in the US state of Connecticut, has just published the report “Emerging Technologies and Trends Impact Radar: IT Services” and listed Zühlke in it as a partner for sustainable business.

“For us, this is proof of the relevance of our sustainability offerings such as sustainable corporate strategy, data-driven decarbonization, circular and eco-design, Green IT or Responsible AI,” Christoph Bröcker, responsible for sustainability at Zühlke, is quoted as saying. Gartner is a neutral authority that provides executives and their teams with actionable, objective insights, Bröcker added.

Gartner’s Impact Radar predicts that Sustainable Business will soon be adopted and implemented across all industries. Pressure from key stakeholders and the convergence of efficiency and sustainability are driving sustainable change. As one of its key recommendations, the Zühlke release cites, “Create modular, sustainable solutions, become part of new ecosystems, and invest in partnerships to jointly develop products and services that are designed to be sustainable from the start.”

Zühlke’s head of sustainability Bröcker calls it “gratifying that Gartner calls for co-innovation in its report. In an increasingly collaborative, data-driven and technology-based business world, working with diverse partners who have additional data and resources is the most effective and efficient way to create sustainable solutions on a large scale,” says Bröcker. ce/gba
