
Winterthur – The Innovation Booster Applied Circular Sustainability is starting its fifth round. The aim of the competition for innovative and sustainable solutions is to create fully recyclable products and services.
The Innovation Booster Applied Circular Sustainability is seeking renewed innovative and circular solutions. According to a media release, startups and established companies that plan to develop ideas for products or services that can be 100 percent integrated into a sustainable economic cycle can apply for funding.
A grant of 15,000 Swiss francs has been awarded. A jury of experts will select six top projects eligible for funding from the applications submitted. The winners are required to raise 20 percent of their own funds for the implementation of their project in addition to the funding amount. In addition to financial support, the companies then receive technical support in the areas of materials research, product and process development and business model. Applications for the competition can be submitted until February 28, 2023. At a final event, the winning projects are presented to a broad audience, and the corresponding companies can expand their network there.
