Energy Portal Switzerland assists in the search for specialists

Bergdietikon AG – The Energy Portal Switzerland now offers help in the search for skilled workers. The information and consulting platform for energy issues and building technology cooperates with the Change4Future portal.

Due to the growing shortage of skilled workers, the Swiss Energy Portal is offering its support in the search starting in June. According to a media release from the information and consulting platform for energy issues and building technology based in Bergdietikon, there is a shortage of specialists in the building sector in particular.

This shortage is likely to worsen, it adds. After all, according to the data, around 900,000 fossil-fuel heating systems would have to be replaced by climate-neutral systems. To achieve this, one million buildings would have to be renovated in terms of energy efficiency and their energy supply would have to be converted to renewable energies.

“We will only achieve the energy goals with enough skilled workers,” its founder Richard Osterwalder is quoted as saying. “This is what energieportalschweiz.ch is committed to.” For this reason, he said, it is now working with Change4Future, a pool of qualified HR management companies based in Kaunas, Lithuania.

energieportalschweiz.ch does not place personnel itself. Before the Swiss Energy Portal, Osterwalder had already founded the Haus-Netz consulting platform and was CEO of the Weishaupt Group, which operates in the field of heating and solar systems, until 2019. ce/gba
